With BidPro we will create a White Label website where you can create and host your own auctions.   The white label site will be powered by the BidPro Online Auction Platform hosted on the AWS Cloud Infrastructure that provides reliable and scalable infrastructure to ensure your site will have 99.9% uptime.

You need to sign up for a Hosting Account to host auctions on BidPro.  Once you signed up, we will provision your site and grant you access to Members Area of BidPro where you will be able to create and manage your own auctions. The Help section will guide your through the process of creating an auction and adding lots to that auction.

There are 2 different subscription models available to choose from depending on your own business model.

Pay as You Go

With the Pay as You Go Model you enter into a month-to-month contract which you can use to try out the system and cancel at any time if you do not want to continue anymore. With the Pay as You option you pay a commission fee based on the total turnover of your auction.  The turnover is calculated based on the total sale amount including the buyers commission for all items sold on the auction. The Fee structure is set out below:

With the Pay as You Go Option, we require that you host at least one auction per month.  If you do not host an auction in a specific calendar month there will be a hosting fee of R795.00

The Base Fee is payable upfront before the auction will be published to the public.  The commission will be charged after the auction and is payable within 7 days of completion of the auction.  The Hosting Fee will be charged on the last day of a month if no auctions were completed in that specific month.

All fees are exclusive of VAT.

Monthly Contract

With the Monthly Contract you enter into a 12-month contract that will automatically extend if not specifically cancelled with a 2-month notification period.  With this option you will be able to host unlimited auctions with unlimited turnover with no commission on turnover. There will be a flat fee payable on the first day of every month. The cost for the Monthly contract stands at R12 500.00 Per month excluding VAT.

Signing up for a hosting account.

You can easily signup for a hosting account online.  Here is a step by step guide to get started.

NOTE: Provide complete Name and address, providing junk or incorrect values in address will lead to account deactivation or suspension.

Step – 1

Go To https://www.bidpro.co.za  or https://www.bidpro.auction and click on the “Get Started” Button.   This will take you to the “Pricing” section where you can select the Subscription Option that suits you best.   Click on the “Sign Up” button to start the process.

Step – 2 (Setup the URL to your site)

To create a URL for your site you can either make use of the bidpro domain or you can use your own domain. You can use the “Check” button to see if the domain name is available.

NOTE: If you use your own domain you will have to create an A-Record that points your URL to the BidPro Server. Please contact us for further details on this process.

Step – 3 (Style your site)

The next step is to style your white label site.  Upload a logo to use on your site. For best results use a minimalist design. Don’t use a lot of text as this will be illegible in any case.  The total height of the image will be 40px and the width should be less than 200 px.

You can also select the colour that will be used for the menu bar and buttons on the site.

Step – 3 (Create an Admin Account) 

The next step is to create an Admin Account to manage your site.  If you previously signed up as a user on BidPro you can use that account or alternatively you can create a new account. Please complete all the fields.   

NOTE: If you provide junk or incorrect values it will lead to account deactivation or suspension of your account.

Step – 4 (Add Subscription Details) 

The next step is to enter your Company details to create your account. If you do not have a formal Company Name, please enter a “Trading As” name.
